Frequently Asked Questions
Can you give me legal advice or draft legal documents?
No. As we are not attorneys, the law prevents us from doing so.
What are acceptable forms of identification?
Most U.S. government and State issued photo identification is considered an acceptable form of ID. Passport, driver licenses and State ID cards are examples.
Is a valid photo ID required to get something notarized?
Generally, yes. Colorado Notarial Law requires a photo ID. An exception to that requirement is the use of a Credible Witness; however, the Credible Witness must be well know to the signer and also well know to the notary.
